What is the turn-around time for a calibration?
Pipette MD strives to turn-around your pipettors as quickly as possible. Turn-around times are impacted by the quantity and type of service you request, as well as any existing backlog. Call or email for a timely, accurate, and honest quotation

How do I set up a service plan for on-site calibration?
Pipette MD is available for on-site routine general cleaning and calibration service in many areas. Please contact our Total Care representatives at 1-877-MD-PIPET to discuss your specific service needs.

How do I schedule an in-house / mail-in service?
Simply call our customer service representatives at 1-877-MD-PIPET, or send an e-mail to info@pipettemd.com to receive a Returned Materials Authorization Number and the associated forms.

Who do I contact for technical questions about my instruments?
All technical inquiries can be sent to the Technical Service Department at info@pipettemd.com or by calling 1-877-MD-PIPET to speak with a Total Care representative.
 
How do I check on the status of my order?
You can always check the status of your order by calling PMD customer service at 1-877-MD-PIPET during normal business hours, or by sending an e-mail to info@pipettemd.com Please remember to reference your RA number that you received while setting up service order.
 
How do I know what service level is right for me?
Please call 1-877-MD-PIPET during normal working hours, and we will be happy to describe each of our service options to you to determine which service level will best suit your needs.
